DevOps engineer

We are looking for a motivated DevOps Engineer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, containerization, and infrastructure automation. You will work closely with development and operations teams to streamline deployment processes and improve system reliability. Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD Support deployment and monitoring of applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Work with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in development and production environments Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment frequency and reliability Maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and workflows Ensure security best practices are followed in deployments and infrastructure Requirements 1-2 years of experience in a DevOps or related role Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD) Hands-on experience with Docker and basic Kubernetes concepts Understanding of Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting Knowledge of version control systems like Git Basic understanding of networking, monitoring, and logging Preferred Skills Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred) Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python) Understanding of microservices architecture Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and collaboration abilities Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
