To strengthen our team, we are looking for a part-time Marketing Content Manager (m/f/d) who will build our brand, make our projects visible, and strategically further develop our digital presence.
Your Role
As a Marketing Content Manager, you make our projects and services visible to the outside world and actively further develop our brand. Your focus is on the independent creation and implementation of content, especially in the area of video, from the idea to publication and optimization. In doing so, you work closely with our project teams and bring your own impulses into our marketing and content strategy.
Tasks
Content Strategy & Brand Building
Implementation and further development of our content marketing strategy with a focus on efficient execution
Active co-creation and further development of our brand presence with a focus on quality, speed, process clarity, and design-oriented renovations
Independent development of content ideas and storytelling approaches to present our projects, processes, and company strengths
Planning, structuring, and implementation of content campaigns and thematic content series
Proactive further development of the content direction and introduction of your own impulses for brand positioning
Content Creation
Independent planning, production, and editing of photo, video, and text content
Active content creation directly on construction sites and in ongoing projects
Creation of content for Social Media, Website, and other marketing channels
Participation in the development of project case studies and reference reports
Social Media & Website
Planning and structured publication of content on our social media channels
Ensuring a constant, high-quality content output through clear editorial planning
Further development of our social media presence with a focus on reach, visibility, and inquiries
Support with Website content and SEO in coordination with the overall strategy
Project Communication
Independent and proactive coordination with project managers to identify relevant project phases and content opportunities
Planning and coordination of appointments to document important construction progress and milestones
Documentation of renovation projects through photo and video recordings in crucial project phases
