<p><strong>You don't just think in Impressions. You think in Conversion.</strong></p>
<p>You see a Creator and immediately recognize: fits the brand, the target group, the Angle. You know in the first three seconds whether the Hook lands. And you don't send out a Briefing until it is watertight.</p>
<p>At SHEKO, you build exactly that – from the first Creator outreach to the finished Asset that performs.</p>
<p>We are a Hamburg-based Health & Nutrition Brand with a real fan base – shakes, collagen, probiotics. Available at dm, Rossmann, and currently growing across Europe. Small, fast team. Short decision-making paths, real impact.</p>
<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Creator Sourcing</strong><br>
You actively track down new Creators and immediately recognize who fits into the SHEKO world. You systematically expand our Creator pool.</li>
<li><strong>Briefing & Management</strong><br>
You translate performance goals into clear, actionable Briefings with Hook, CTA, and context. The Assets are for Paid Ads on Meta and TikTok – you know what that means for Hook and format.</li>
<li><strong>Relationship Management</strong><br>
You are the first point of contact for our Creator partnerships. Close, reliable, at eye level.</li>
<li><strong>Content Pipeline</strong><br>
You manage the flow from initial outreach to Asset approval. Monthly goal: 150–200 Assets in constant quality.</li>
<li><strong>Performance-Tracking</strong><br>
You keep an eye on what works and use that directly for better Briefings and Creator selection next time.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<p><strong>Must-haves:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2–3 years of professional experience in Creator, influencer, or communications management</li>
<li>You communicate clearly and in a structured manner, even when conducting many conversations simultaneously – and you never lose track of a Briefing, a deadline, or a Creator status.</li>
<li>You intuitively understand what converts on TikTok and Reels, not because you memorized it, but because you see it.</li>
<li>You understand the difference between Organic Content and Performance-Assets – and you write Briefings accordingly.</li>
<li>You think in Output and impact. Activity without Conversion does not interest you.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Nice-to-have:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You have created content yourself or know what it feels like to execute a Briefing</li>
<li>Experience with performance marketing or a Growth-Team</li>
</ul>
