Description

*Looking for a Sales Manager for our upcoming hotel Ayodhyam, IHCL SeleQtions- Ayodhya. '*Functions as a team member of the hotels' Sales Department and is responsible for property reactive and proactive account sales and segment sales, local and social catering sales, business travel sales, reservation sales and destination sales. *Responsible for achieving revenue goals, guest, associate satisfaction and the financial performance of the department. *Participates in meetings with the entire team to ensure effective & synchronized approach for the achieving the targets. *Submits RPF as per the guidelines received. *Coordinates with the Finance and follows TPAM requirements. *Analyses the competition information along with DOS & team for effective pricing of the hotel. *Plans Sales Blitz & reviews reports for the feeder cities for the hotel.
