Become a part of our team and together we will shape the digital world of tomorrow! Responsibilities With us, you are the 1st-level user support for your colleagues at all locations. You take care of the planning, setup, administration, and maintenance of our Windows and MAC workstations, servers, and mobile devices. Our servers and primary IT assets are hosted in a modern data center of a local energy provider. This also includes the conception, installation, maintenance, and repair of our virtual and physical workstations. You take over the monitoring and support of our networks. You manage and maintain our domain as well as our email accounts (on premise and 365-Cloud). The administration of Firewall, Endpoint Security, and VPN access is also part of your responsibilities. Your team is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the backup system and archive of the entire agency. You handle support processing with external service providers and suppliers. Qualifications You have successfully completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable education in the IT field. You have broad knowledge of common operating systems as well as experience in IT and network operations. You have good knowledge in the administration of MAC and Windows servers. Good communication skills, including in English, as well as a service-oriented mindset distinguish you. Since we host primary systems in an external data center, a Class B driver's license is an advantage.
