Business Development and Marketing Manager

We are looking for a full-time Business Development Manager to drive our growth in New York. This person will be responsible for supporting several channels of the business, including catering sales, local marketing and outreach, analyzing performance trends, CRM and customer service.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills, a desire to see projects through, and the ability to juggle multiple timelines and tasks at once. This person will collaborate closely with company founders and interface with in-store teams and restaurant managers. We're looking for a strong entrepreneurial drive and willingness to go the extra mile to improve the status quo.
Responsibilities include
Oversee catering business: client acquisition, inbound order management, internal scheduling, coordinating menu, logistics, and payments with clients, devising execution plan with operations team, post-event follow-ups
Coordinate with in-store team for execution and logistics of catering orders + troubleshoot as necessary
Research both local business hubs and potential catering clients, drive outreach, in-person community activations, and catering sales
Keep clear records on catering sales, corporate clients, and area contacts, re-engage lapsed guests periodically, and refresh cold leads with business updates
Create ai-powered systems to accelerate task management and boost day-to-day productivity
Work with web/app ordering partners to oversee correct app functioning and plan marketing engagement activities through loyalty program
Oversee company’s presence on third party platforms to ensure correct menu functioning and logistics
Support with overall marketing efforts, coordinating social media strategy, content creation and newsletters
Manage communication strategy, with particular focus on content creation and coordinating marketing internships
Support with new store openings marketing efforts, including obtaining all printed and digital assets, engaging with local community

The position is in-person and the candidate will work between our restaurants in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
