Description

As an IT specialist for system integration, you are our primary IT contact on-site. You ensure smooth operations and provide users with fast, competent, and solution-oriented support for all technical questions. Responsibilities On-site 1st-level support & 2nd-level support, close at hand, quickly resolved You are the first point of contact for all IT issues on-site. In 1st- and 2nd-level support, you analyze and resolve issues quickly and reliably by phone, email, or remotely, in German and English. Network and infrastructure basics You manage the IT infrastructure with a focus on user support for client/server environments, printers, and label printers. With your technical understanding, you ensure smooth operation. Documentation & Best Practices You document IT processes and support procedures clearly and systematically. This creates transparency and ensures efficient workflows within the team. Training and Rollout Support You will be responsible for the installation, administration, and rollout of hardware and software in Windows environments, as well as iPhones and iPads. You will provide support during training sessions and onboarding. Provider and Hardware Logistics, System Management, and Support You will assist with the administration of Windows and iOS systems and coordinate with external partners as needed to ensure smooth hardware deployment. Qualifications You have completed vocational training in IT, e.g., as an IT specialist, computer science, or similar. Ideally, you have completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or possess comparable qualifications. Ideally, you have 1-3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or infrastructure. You are proficient in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPN/Firewall, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune. SAP knowledge is desirable. You are service-oriented, communicate clearly, and are a true team player. You have excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken (B1 level).
