We are looking for you as a Retail Controller (m/f/d) for our German subsidiary headquartered in Weil am Rhein at the earliest possible date. Responsibilities You are responsible for Retail Controlling and act as a Business Partner for the relevant stakeholders You are responsible for the maintenance and further development of our operational Retail Controlling You actively participate in budgeting and the creation of the Forecast and further develop them You conduct variance analyses and derive concrete recommendations for action from them You create, further develop, and monitor KPI-Dashboards and reports in MS Power BI You ensure uniform and data-based standards for reporting and analysis You are the point of contact for the finance managers of the national subsidiaries for Controlling-relevant questions and support with quarterly and annual closing activities Qualifications You have a completed degree in business administration with a focus on Controlling/Finance or a comparable qualification You bring several years of relevant professional experience in Controlling, ideally in Retail Controlling You are proficient in using MS Office and ideally have experience with MS Power BI and MS Dynamics Business Central You have very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written You have a strong understanding of business contexts as well as a high affinity for numbers You work proactively, structured, and independently You convince with strong communication skills and act as a Business Partner at eye level with various departments Benefits Be part of the progress - find your place in our unique WIP culture As part of the WIP crew, you have the opportunity to network at our events or just have fun Your wardrobe benefits from our employee discounts Your future, our upgrade - we subsidize your company pension scheme with 100% Your well-being is important to us - we contribute to this with free drinks and sports offers For preliminary information by phone, Davide Alu is available at +49 7621 966 396.
