Job Title: Social Media & Performance Marketing Executive Location: Bengaluru Experience: 3–5 Years Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to manage and drive both organic social media and paid marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital metrics, content strategy, and performance marketing, along with hands-on experience in website management and SEO/SEM. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) Plan, create, and oversee engaging content aligned with brand objectives Execute and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, engagement rates) Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and A/B testing Manage website updates, content uploads, and basic CMS operations Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic visibility Support SEM initiatives to enhance lead generation and conversions Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices Key Requirements 3–5 years of experience in social media and performance marketing Strong understanding of social media analytics and paid media metrics Hands-on experience with SEO and SEM tools and strategies Working knowledge of website management (WordPress or similar CMS) Proactive, self-driven, and detail-oriented Strong communication and content planning skills Preferred Skills Experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager Basic understanding of content design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite)
