In our headquarters in Hamburg, you will work daily on great products and unique gaming experiences and continue to grow together with us. We are looking for you for our Hamburg game studio – full-time and ideally starting immediately. Responsibilities Personal support of our VIP players – proactively, individually, and at eye level Active expansion of our VIP area as well as building and maintaining close, long-term relationships with our top players Direct communication with VIPs via various channels (e.g., WhatsApp, phone, email) First point of contact for demanding requests and fast, solution-oriented processing Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships with a focus on satisfaction and retention Processing of classic Customer Support Tickets as well as participation in our support rotation model Close collaboration with product, CRM, and marketing teams to improve the User Experience Identification of trends and Pain Points as well as deriving concrete optimizations Ensuring excellent service quality – even in challenging situations Qualifications Fluent German skills (C1/C2) as well as good written and spoken English Experience in VIP Support, Customer Support, or Account Management, ideally in the Gaming / iGaming environment Strong communication skills and a strong feel for different customer types Service mindset: professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented Structured, independent way of working and team spirit Willingness to also process operational support Tickets Flexibility for rotating weekend shifts Passion for games and digital products Nice to have: Additional language skills (e.g., Polish, Spanish, French, etc.) Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Braze, Freshdesk) Benefits You benefit from a professional circle of colleagues with several years of experience in the industry Dynamic environment with flat hierarchies and fast decisions Flexible working hours and home office Personal annual training budget Regular company events Fruit, drinks, and food allowances Subsidy for the Deutschlandticket Interested?
