Come, join the pack! Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced B2B Warehouse Manager to lead and scale our warehouse operations for distributor and institutional channels. This role requires strong ownership, team leadership, and the ability to drive efficiency across high-volume, multi-channel operations. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end B2B warehouse operations – inwarding, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch Manage high-volume bulk order fulfillment for distributors, modern trade, and institutional clients Drive inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and system reconciliation across WMS/ERP Own dispatch planning & TAT adherence, ensuring seamless coordination with sales and logistics teams Establish and improve warehouse SOPs, processes, and controls to enhance efficiency and reduce errors Monitor and drive key warehouse KPIs – fill rate, order accuracy, turnaround time, shrinkage, and cost optimization Manage and optimize 3PL/vendor relationships, ensuring SLA adherence and performance tracking Lead a team of warehouse executives and associates – hiring, training, and performance management Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards (batch tracking, expiry, GST documentation) Identify and implement automation/process improvement opportunities Key Skills Required: 6+ years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG / D2C / e-commerce / B2B distribution Strong experience in handling bulk dispatches and distributor servicing Proven experience managing mid-to-large warehouse operations and teams Hands-on experience with WMS / ERP systems and inventory management Strong understanding of dispatch planning, logistics coordination, and operational KPIs
