UI Designer

Job Summary Seeking a detail-oriented Junior UI Designer to build intuitive, user-centric applications and data dashboards. The role bridges complex data with functional business tools. You will collaborate with designers and engineers to create high-fidelity Figma mockups, translating intricate requirements into simple, logical interfaces. The ideal candidate will be able to work with multiple stakeholders to conceptualize, create, and prototype solutions. Responsibilities Application & dashboard design: Create visually engaging web layouts, focusing on hierarchy, data visualization, and user workflows. Interactive prototyping: Build high-fidelity Figma prototypes demonstrating complex user flows and interactive dashboard elements. Data visualization: Design clean, effective charts prioritizing KPIs and preventing cognitive overload. Interaction design: Define responsive and predictable user interactions for components like modals, tables, and nested navigation. Design system maintenance: Assist in maintaining component libraries for application and dashboard consistency. UX copywriting: Write clear microcopy (tooltips, errors, labels) for complex data navigation. Qualifications 2+ years of user interface design experience Expertise in Figma, including auto layout, variables, slots, and components and figma make rapid prototyping High proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite Understanding of HTML/CSS constraints for development Knowledge of standards following web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG) Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with Google Workspace apps, including Google Slides and Google Docs Applicant must include a portfolio
