Job Requirements
As VP of Engineering, you’ll be the technical backbone of this journey, leading the engineering team through scale, shaping our systems for global growth, and building a world class group of engineers who take pride in moving fast and solving hard problems.
The Job
Lead & Scale: Build, mentor, and inspire a high performing engineering team.
Architect for Scale: Drive system design and technical decisions for scalability, reliability, and performance as we grow across geographies and product lines.
Partner with Product & Design: Translate business goals into elegant, efficient, and scalable engineering outcomes.
Operational Excellence: Establish robust development processes, CI/CD, observability, and a quality-first culture.
Technical Vision: Define the long-term tech roadmap from infrastructure to platform capabilities.
The Ideal Candidate
10-15 years of engineering experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience scaling consumer or B2C tech platforms (bonus if global or fintech/travel domain).
Deep technical expertise in modern architectures, microservices, distributed systems, cloud-native stacks (AWS/GCP).
Strong understanding of backend & frontend frameworks (Python, Node, React, etc.), mobile app ecosystems, and data pipelines.
Track record of hiring, mentoring, and scaling teams through rapid growth.
High bias for action; thrives in fast paced, high accountability environments.
