Description
We at Pacemo are looking for dedicated and motivated Customer Support Managers to strengthen our team.
Pacemo is part of the international Memcare Group and is entering an industry where digitalization is just beginning. Pacemo offers an innovative SaaS solution for funeral directors that digitalizes their processes in a smart and, above all, efficient way.
As a Customer Support Manager, you are the first point of contact for our customers and are responsible for providing them with a seamless experience with our software. Your main task will be to build and maintain close relationships with our customers to ensure that their needs and requirements are met.
Tasks
As a Customer Support Manager, you are the personal point of contact for our existing customers and responsible for the continuous successful use of our software Pacemo
You are responsible for the efficient and successful Onboarding of our customers, set up the software with them, and conduct online training sessions
You ensure product acceptance and the long-term satisfaction of our customers
Through close collaboration with the entire team, you work on innovative and efficient solutions for the funeral industry
With your empathetic and positive nature, you support our 1st Level Support in writing and over the phone
Qualifications
You already have experience in remote Customer Support and/or Customer Success; experience in the funeral industry is advantageous, but expressly not a must.
You have initial experience in the SaaS environment, preferably in the B2B sector.
You have excellent German and English skills.
You have already proven your good intuition for people, situations, and appropriate communication in your previous jobs.
You like to work independently and are well-structured.
You always keep an overview, even with a multitude of tasks.
You have a quick grasp and possess the ability to convey content comprehensibly and accurately.
You are reliable and maintain your motivation even with repetitive tasks and inquiries.
You have at least 25 hours/week to support the team
