You will check to confirm the accuracy and clarity of lessons to ensure our content is a great resource for students. This is an online, remote contract role. All work is paid hourly. <strong>Job Description:</strong><br /> <br />The Philosophy subject-matter expert will carefully perform accuracy checks on provided college-level lessons. Minor edits may be required if the lesson is inaccurate in any way. Experts must be capable of confirming that lessons are coherent and helpful for our users.<br /> <br /><strong> What You’ll Do</strong> </p> <p>- Follow internal documentation to improve content accuracy and quality of provided lessons<br />- Review and approve college-level lessons in your field<br />- Verify content is accurate, on-level, and appropriate for the related course</p> <p><strong>What Makes You a Great Fit</strong></p> <p>• Subject-matter expertise in philosophy<br />• Strong editorial judgment for educational materials, with an eye for clarity, fairness, and learner‑appropriate rigor<br />• Meticulous attention to detail and consistency for question accuracy and alignment to the exam’s content guide<br />• Ability to work independently and follow structured procedures</p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <p>• A Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in <strong>Philosophy</strong><br />• 3-5 years of teaching experience<br />• Experience editing or developing educational content, assessments, or test‑prep materials<br />• Excellent written English and command of grammar, syntax, and tone for adult learners<br />• Familiarity with DEI guidelines for content publication<br />• Reliable internet and your own computer</p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <p>• Master’s degree in Philosophy<br />• College teaching experience<br />• Experience with content management systems</p> <p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Reliable Payments: </strong>You'll receive payments twice a month and automated invoicing for your work.</li> <li><strong>Remote Work: </strong>This is a fully online contracted work-from-home opportunity.</li> <li><strong>Flexibility: </strong>Basically, there are no requirements!
