Active Sourcing and process support: Via LinkedIn and other channels, you actively find suitable talents from the banking environment for our clients. For this, you take over the entire communication with suitable talents. Acquisition and maintenance of client relationships: You win new banks as clients and maintain long-term partnerships with existing clients. Strategy development: You keep an eye on the market in the banking sector and develop targeted strategies for sustainable client acquisition. Qualifications What you bring with you A completed commercial vocational training or comparable Strong communication skills and confident negotiation skills Strong customer orientation and sales strength High motivation and thorough work Do you have initial professional experience in personnel consulting or B2B sales and are looking for something new?
