We have an excellent opportunity for Regional Human Resource Manager - TA role Location - Delhi Looking for candidate based out of Delhi and Bangalore Roles and Responsibilities: Deploy an array of sourcing strategies (referrals, vendors etc.) to achieve manpower numbers. Influence and drive concerned stakeholders (zone heads, branch managers, employees, candidates, third parties etc.) to ensure zonal staffing objective are met. Work on specific HR capability building projects as and when required. Provide advice and guidance on specific aspects of the Human Resources function related to recruitment and selection. Handle queries related to company process, policies etc. of new joinees. Serve as a resource for all team members by being available and accessible to discuss all human resources related issues. Leadership Hiring Employee Engagement: Capability Building: This role requires close coordination with training & development team to identify specific skill gaps in individual employees and looking at appropriate training interventions to remove those gaps. Candidate is required to have a keen interest in improving productivity through development and coaching inputs to employee, superior and trainer.
