Compensation: The annual budgeted salary for this position is $60,000-$65,000. Offers are made within this range and are based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.

Role Summary
The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and procurement operations across the organization. Reporting to the Manager, Finance, this role will support the budgeting and forecasting processes, deliver actionable financial insights, and own key components of the company’s procurement lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Support the finance manager in the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, including preparation of departmental models, consolidation of inputs, tracking assumptions, and documenting forecast changes.
Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports for internal stakeholders.
Conduct department level financial reviews, including preparation of supporting analyses, documentation of insights and risks, and tracking action items and follow ups.
Build and maintain financial models to identify business trends, review variance analysis, and explore cost saving initiatives.
Deliver ad hoc analyses on topics such as credit card spend, vendor spend, and other key cost drivers.
Own and continuously improve the end-to-end procurement process, from purchase requisition through purchase order and payment.
Manage the company’s purchasing card program, including auditing activity and ensure policy compliance.
Assist in improving financial and procurement processes, controls, and documentation.
Assist with special projects and other Finance Department initiatives as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
2-4 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis
Advanced proficiency with Excel and strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite)
Proficiency in financial modeling, reporting, and variance analysis
Detailed oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders
Projects a positive, professional image and builds trust and credibility with teammates and stakeholders.
Passion for sports and understanding of the business of professional athletics a plus
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as may be dictated by game and event schedule
