About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic brand marketing professional to lead brand initiatives for Godrej Properties’ projects across the North region. This role will be responsible for driving the regional brand strategy, ensuring strong on-ground execution, and building a high-performing team to deliver impactful marketing campaigns across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities, along with strong stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies aligned with business and regional objectives
Lead ideation, conceptualization, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, events and partnerships.
Drive innovative brand initiatives and create memorable IPs that enhance brand differentiation and recall
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all communication touchpoints
Manage end-to-end campaign planning from insight generation to execution and performance tracking
Oversee execution of project launches, brand campaigns, and tactical marketing initiatives.
Leverage market insights, consumer understanding, and business priorities to drive relevant marketing strategies
Lead and mentor a team while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of campaigns
Monitor campaign performance, analyze effectiveness, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and regional leadership to support business goals
Key Requirements
Proven experience in building strong, aspirational brands and driving customer engagement
Strong creative thinking with the ability to develop high-impact marketing concepts
Ability to balance strategic thinking with executional excellence
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and refine strategies
Self-driven, strategic, and execution-focused approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Who We Are Looking for:
Qualification:
5+ years of experience in brand marketing / integrated marketing roles with real estate, automotive or hospitality sectors.
MBA from a premier B-School preferred
