Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (B2C) to independently manage a fixed customer base of approximately 2,000+ customers.
You will be the main point of contact and ensure that our customers receive optimal support, find the right solutions, and have a consistently positive experience with our service and products.

Managing a fixed portfolio of B2C clients
Providing support with legal matters (no legal advice required)
Identifying and resolving issues
Proactively supporting and assisting our clients
Advising on suitable solutions and services
Close collaboration with our legal and back-office teams
Qualifications
Strong communication skills (clear, calm, solution-oriented)
Self-reliance and entrepreneurial mindset
Experience in customer relations (support, sales, or customer success)
Ability to remain composed even in challenging situations
Goal-oriented work with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships

Fixed salary: €3,200 – €3,800 gross per month
