Lead - Design Coordination

Responsibilities Role & Responsibility Lead the master planning function for real estate projects in Mumbai, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall strategic objectives Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive master plans, considering aspects such as land use, infrastructure, environmental impact, and community development Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and environmental standards while developing master plans Collaborate with architects, urban designers, engineers, and other relevant stakeholders to integrate innovative and sustainable design solutions into master plans Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on land acquisition, development potential, and investment opportunities Manage and mentor a team of master planners, providing direction, support, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement Establish strong relationships with external partners, government authorities, and local communities to facilitate the successful implementation of master plans Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of master plans to incorporate feedback, address challenges, and optimize project outcomes Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in master planning to drive innovation and excellence Behavioural Skills Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic work environment Technical Skills Expertise in urban design principles, land use planning, and zoning regulations Proficiency in relevant software and tools for master planning (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) Comprehensive understanding of sustainable design practices and green building concepts Knowledge of real estate market trends, feasibility studies, and financial modeling Experience in managing complex real estate projects and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams Non-Negotiable Skills Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking abilities Proven track record of successful master planning for large-scale real estate projects Expertise in urban design principles, land use planning, and zoning regulations Qualifications Bachelor/ Master's degree in Architecture / Urban Planning 15+ Years of work experience
