Job Description
Business owner of a Product Category in Shopee
End-to-end responsibility of P&L, growth, and customer experience of the category
Holds Average Daily Order and Average Daily GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Define, implement and execute the business development/growth strategy for the category
Continuously analyse the internal and external environment to ensure that the Category under management remains highly competitive in relation to the market
Hire, train and manage a team of Key Account Managers to help grow and manage your portfolio of merchants
Retain and optimise key account relationships to drive the overall performance of the Category
Identify, establish and grow other local strategic partnerships
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field, with at least 7 years of working experience
Prior working experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business development, and e-commerce is a plus
Experienced in management and leadership roles. Passionate in coaching, mentoring and team management
Highly analytical and able to generate meaningful and actionable analysis; Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Possess strong business acumen and commercial savviness
