Inventory Management 1. Good Inventory Control Mechanism. Optimum inventory of all SKU’s at factories & depots. 2. Timely Stock replenishment of FG at Depots 3. Co Ordinate with HO Logistics for schedules to dispatch FG to respective depots for Retail/Inst & Modern trade. 4 Physical Stock Taking of all Finished goods on monthly basis. 5 Maintaining accuracy of physical stock w.r.to Book Stock against SAP.
