In this position you will…
Lead the execution and orchestration of high-impact, multi-channel demand generation campaigns across bolt’s go-to-market motions. You will translate strategy into scalable campaign execution, leveraging AI to drive efficiency, optimization, and measurable pipeline growth.
You will be responsible for…
Orchestrating integrated, multi-channel campaigns across the full buyer journey
Executing demand programs including ABM, lifecycle/nurture, events, outbound-supported, and always-on digital
Owning campaign execution end-to-end, including planning, activation, optimization, and performance tracking
Translating GTM strategy into execution plans (channel mix, sequencing, content, timelines, KPIs)
Managing bolt’s website as a demand generation engine, optimizing buyer journeys, conversion paths, and messaging
Partnering with Marketing and Revenue Operations to run structured funnel experimentation and improve conversion rates
Leveraging AI tools to accelerate campaign planning, execution, and performance insights
Collaborating cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, BDRs, and Operations teams
Managing external agencies and contractors to ensure high-quality execution
Analyzing campaign and funnel performance to continuously optimize pipeline impact
For you to be successful…
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or campaign leadership
Proven ability to execute multi-channel campaigns tied to revenue outcomes
Experience operating in complex GTM environments (enterprise, SMB, B2B2C preferred)
Strong analytical mindset with a track record of performance optimization
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, and workflow tools (Zapier, Clay, etc.)
Experience with ABM tools, paid media platforms, and website optimization
Strong cross-functional collaboration and execution skills
Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Deep familiarity with AI tools and applying them to marketing workflows
