THE ROLE: SENIOR SUPPLY CHAIN DIRECTOR
Our Senior Supply Chain Director will be responsible for the development and execution of the supply chain strategy.Reporting to our VP Operations, this role will serve as a key leader of our growing Operations team. This position requiressuperior business, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to implement new supplychain techniques and lean/continuous improvement programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning process delivering cross-functionally aligned, feasibleshort & long-term demand and supply plans with a goal of ensuring high customer fill rates and retail in-stock levels
Oversee creation of Consensus demand plan integrating statistical forecasting, market intelligence, Salesinsights, promotions, new product launches and channel dynamics.
Creates a dynamic inventory strategy that balances customer service, working capital requirements andminimize Excess & Obsolescence
Align financial and operating plans with objective of improved operating and financial results
Ensure new products launch on-time and on-budget by partnering with Product Development and ProjectManagement
Drive continuous improvements & coordinate cost savings project
Develop, own and report on all relevant KPIs for supply chain
Manage E&O and monthly material disposition for obsolete inventories and budgets to meet accrualtargets
Collaborate with the Health & Wellbeing Collective on key supply chain initiatives
Create a culture of performance, continuous improvement and collaboration while living by OLLY values
THE CANDIDATE

CAPABILITIES + SKILLS REQUIRED
15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management at a CPG Company
Proven experience managing a formal S+OP process
Familiarity with APS like Kinaxis is desirable
An Excel whiz with excellent analytical skills, plus great written and verbal communication
Think outside the box and solve problems, and be resourceful with limited resources
Demonstrates ability to effectively lead the team and influence both internal and external customers /relationships
Ability to organize work and manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines in an agileenvironment
A true “Team Player” who can work cross-functionally to achieve results in a dynamic growth environment
What To Expect During The Interview Process
Initial video screen with a member of our Talent team
Round 1: Conversation with the Hiring Manager + 1-2 conversations with other Ollies on the team
Round 2: 2-3 conversations with team or cross functional Ollies
Final Round: Homework*
