Data Operations Analyst

We are looking for a Data Operations Analyst to join our client’s Global Data Quality and Governance Team. As a Data Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the quality of the account database. You will support sales teams by researching, creating, validating, and managing account data while partnering closely with Enterprise & Data Analytics teams to ensure master data quality. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data accuracy, process improvement, and operational excellence. You will work with large volumes of information daily, ensuring both high quality and efficiency in data operations. Key Responsibilities: Add and maintain prospect and account records in the database Perform daily quality and quantity control of business data Standardize and validate account information Support sales operations through accurate data management Collaborate with Enterprise & Data Analytics teams on master data governance Identify opportunities for process automation and operational optimization Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights Ensure data integrity across CRM and operational systems Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in data management, data research, sales operations, data analysis, or first-line support Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience working with high volumes of data and filtering information accurately Data Analysis & Visualization skills Process Automation & Optimization experience Project Management capabilities Excellent attention to detail Advanced English communication skills Nice to Have: Experience in an external support role 2+ years in operational or business operations roles Salesforce or other CRM system experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (GSuite) We Offer: Fully remote work model Opportunity to work in a global and multicultural environment Collaboration with international teams and stakeholders Dynamic and data-driven work environment Opportunity to contribute to process improvements and operational excellence Interested?
