Job Description
As an FP&A Manager, you are a key leader within the regional finance organisation, responsible for driving strong financial performance across all markets and channels. You ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and forecasting, while transforming complex data into clear insights that support decision making at senior levels.
Operating as a strategic business partner, this role plays a central part in shaping long‑term commercial plans, supporting sustainable growth, and ensuring financial rigour across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
Own the financial reporting and forecasting calendar, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across all regions
Lead the consolidation and analysis of regional financial data, delivering clear insights and recommendations to senior management
Oversee OMNI P&L performance, including monthly, quarterly, and annual follow‑up
Support scenario planning and long‑term commercial planning, identifying risks and growth opportunities
Partner closely with Buying, Merchandising, E‑commerce, and Operations to support informed financial decision making
Drive process improvements in reporting, modelling, and financial follow‑up to strengthen visibility and efficiency

What you need to Succeed
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Proven experience in business controlling, financial planning, or commercial finance, ideally within retail or omni‑channel environments
Strong understanding of P&L management, forecasting, budgeting, and financial consolidation
Confident analysing complex data and translating it into clear, actionable insights
Advanced Excel skills, with experience using BI or ERP systems for reporting and analysis
Comfortable working cross‑functionally and acting as a trusted financial partner
Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and support better outcomes
Clear, collaborative communicator, able to engage stakeholders at different levels of the organisation
Additional Information
This is a full time permanent contract based at our Regional Office in New York City

Compensation: $115,500-$140,000
