Innovation and quality management in our firm
Accompanying and optimizing the onboarding and offboarding of clients and employees
Activities in the area of internal firm controlling
Support in the areas of marketing and recruiting as well as internal HR management
Ongoing activities in the areas of data protection and the Money Laundering Act
Support in coordinating our locations
Communication management for our clients
Execution of special projects in close cooperation with our management
Other exciting areas of responsibility - you certainly won't get bored

We do not expect you to already have experience in all fields of activity of a future Firm Manager. What we do expect, however, is the right attitude and high social competence. Our field of activity will challenge and support you and thus offers the optimal set-up for ambitious personalities who do not want to stand still professionally and personally. You should also feel addressed by the following points:
Team cohesion is important to you
You work digitally, process-oriented, and quickly find your way around new tools
You have very good MS-Office skills and already have experience with DATEV
You would describe yourself as strong in implementation and performance-oriented
You have completed commercial/tax training or a degree with a business/tax background and already have professional experience in a tax firm
You have experience in the area of personnel management and process management
