Your tasks As part of our growth, we are offering a trainee program in Dortmund starting in summer 2026 for the cost estimation department. This program is aimed directly at graduates in civil engineering or construction technicians who see their future in the cost estimation of pipeline construction projects. In a one-year development plan, you will not only gain insight into the core tasks of cost estimation, but also rotate through related departments and become familiar with all the roles involved. The goal is for you to become an indispensable part of our team upon successful completion! As a cost estimator, you will be responsible for the economic planning of small and large construction projects for infrastructure technology (gas, water, electricity, district heating). This includes calculating bids, determining material requirements, and evaluating technical tenders.
