Your Responsibilities We are expanding our Finance department at our Dortmund location (Technology Center) and are looking for a Financial Accountant. In this role, you will be an internal specialist for accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Your focus will be on processing invoice workflows and posting daily business transactions. You will also have the opportunity to share your knowledge with colleagues through training and onboarding. Independently manage day-to-day accounting (accounts receivable/accounts payable) using the NEVARIS Finance system. Process payment transactions and contribute to month-end closing and VAT returns. Process and optimize the workflow (incoming/outgoing invoices) using the Amagno document management system. Your Profile Professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally with relevant further training. Comprehensive knowledge of current account accounting and VAT law. Knowledge of the construction industry is desirable. Proficient use of standard office and accounting software, ideally with experience in system integrations/migrations. Why us? ...
