In this role, you will take responsibility for building and developing international markets and partnerships – with a clear focus on sustainable growth and commercial execution. Your Role You develop international markets independently and bear responsibility for their sustainable development. In doing so, you identify suitable partners, build relationships, and develop functioning approaches per market. The role is strongly market-oriented and thrives on the establishment and development of local partnerships. Your Responsibilities Building and developing international markets Identification and acquisition of relevant Wholesale partners and Key Accounts Conducting sales pitches and negotiations Managing the entire Sales Cycle – from initial contact to sustainable development Building and further developing a structured pipeline Analysis of account and market development (e.g., via BI-Tools) and derivation of concrete measures Development and maintenance of long-term relationships through regular market presence Ensuring brand-compliant placement with partners Close collaboration with internal teams (eCommerce, Marketing, Product) to further develop the business Your Profile 5–8 years of experience in international B2B / Wholesale sales Experience in Premium Consumer Goods (Home, Interior, Lifestyle, Fashion) Proven ability to build markets and develop accounts Independent and responsible way of working Strong understanding of brand, positioning, and sales contexts Ability to interpret commercial data and translate it into concrete measures Structured and solution-oriented approach High level of personal responsibility and strong execution skills Willingness to actively develop international markets on-site Languages Business fluent English at a very high level (C1/C2) Additional European languages, especially French or Italian, are an advantage Why us?
