Recruitment Specialist

This is a remote position.We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process to help us find and attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, a strong understanding of sourcing techniques, and excellent communication skills. If you’re passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities, we’d love to have you on board!Key Responsibilities:Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers.Source and Attract Candidates: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, and professional networks) to find and engage qualified candidates for open roles.Screen and Interview Candidates: Conduct initial screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and create effective recruiting strategies.Build a Talent Pipeline: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future positions.Ensure Positive Candidate Experience: Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Maintain Recruitment Data: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to improve processes and report results to management.Requirements:Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role.Familiarity with recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.Strong interviewing and assessment skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Originally posted on Himalayas
