Whether collaborating with more than 200 highly respected physicians nationwide or partnering with colleagues who are passionate about solving meaningful problems, you’ll be surrounded by a team committed to shared success.In this role, the Practice and Physician Relations Specialist will:Partner with the Practice and Physician Relations Manager to support physician-facing marketing initiatives across all practicesHelp translate physician and practice needs into content, communications, and marketing support that aligns with growth goals and brand standardsServe as a day-to-day support resource for physicians, executive directors, and internal stakeholders, helping keep high-priority initiatives moving forwardDevelop and coordinate physician-specific social media content in partnership with the social media team, with a focus on individual physician visibility rather than practice social media channelsWork directly with physicians to identify content opportunities that highlight thought leadership, patient education, and brand visibilityEdit and produce video content for physician marketing initiatives, including educational videos, social reels, event-related content, and other campaign assetsSupport video project coordination from concept through final delivery, helping ensure timelines, messaging, and stakeholder feedback stay alignedRepresent the organization at national and regional conferences, including booth support, attendee engagement, physician coordination, and on-site marketing executionAssist with planning and execution for major conferences and events, including content support, logistics coordination, and follow-up needsPrepare presentations, content summaries, talking points, and other materials for physician and executive audiences as neededCollaborate across the marketing team to ensure physician-related projects are aligned with broader campaign, content, and social prioritiesMaintain a polished and professional presence in interactions with physicians, practice leaders, and executive stakeholdersWhat You’ll BringWe’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.Qualifications and Skills Include:4 to 7+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, content strategy, physician relations, or a related fieldFertility marketing experience preferredExperience working directly with physicians, healthcare leaders, or executive stakeholdersExperience developing or coordinating social media content for individual thought leaders, experts, or physiciansVideo editing experience requiredExperience supporting an organization at conferences, trade shows, or national meetingsStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at onceAbility to work collaboratively across teams and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel as neededMore important than any single credential, however, is the right person.
