Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design process for digital products across web and mobile platforms.
Translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centric interfaces and seamless experiences.
Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, and Business teams to define user journeys and wireframes.
Conduct usability studies, gather user insights, and apply findings to improve product workflows.
Develop high-fidelity prototypes, design systems, and UI components aligned with brand guidelines.
Ensure consistency, accessibility, and design best practices across all digital touchpoints.
Drive innovation by identifying design trends, benchmarking competition, and proposing new experience enhancements.
Serve as the functional owner for UX, guiding teams on design thinking, user research, and UI standards.
Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Communication Design, or related fields
Candidates from reputed design institutes such as NID, IDC, NIFT, MIT Institute of Design, Srishti, etc., will be preferred
Skills and Experience
5+ years' experience in UI/UX design, digital product design, or interaction design
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects across web & mobile
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
Strong understanding of design systems, visual hierarchy, typography, and responsive design
Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple, intuitive user flow
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectation
Excellent communication skills with the ability to justify design decisions through logic and user insight
Knowledge of usability standards, accessibility guidelines, and modern UI trends
