Future Tech Enterprise is seeking a Global Supply Chain Director to lead and optimize end‑to‑end supply chain operations across international markets. This leader will build operational discipline, drive execution excellence, and develop scalable infrastructure to support global growth. The ideal candidate brings a strong operational foundation, proven process leadership, and the ability to translate strategy into structured, repeatable execution.
In this role, you will oversee global logistics, supplier performance, inventory strategy, and cross‑functional coordination. Success requires disciplined process ownership, clear communication, and rigorous execution. You will be responsible for establishing robust operational infrastructure, ensuring workflows, documentation, service levels, and accountability standards are well‑defined and consistently upheld across regions.
This is a full-time onsite role at our corporate headquarters in Fort Lauderdale. The work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30a – 5:30p Eastern time. Our benefits include Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401k with company match and PTO.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership
Develop and implement a global supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives and international growth plans
Translate enterprise priorities into clear execution roadmaps with defined milestones and accountability
Establish strong operational foundations including documented processes, governance standards, and performance controls
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on scalability, efficiency, and risk mitigation
Operational Infrastructure & Process Discipline
Design and formalize standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and service level expectations
Build structured intake processes and documentation frameworks to support cross-functional engagement
Ensure global supply chain processes are repeatable, measurable, and aligned with compliance standards
Implement operational controls that improve transparency, reduce ambiguity, and eliminate delays
Supplier & Partner Management
Identify, evaluate, and manage global suppliers and logistics partners
Develop and draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and associated scope documentation.
Lead contract negotiations, including SLAs, pricing structures, and performance metrics
Conduct performance reviews and implement structured supplier scorecards
Drive accountability and continuous improvement across partner relationships
Inventory & Demand Planning
Align demand forecasts with supply planning to optimize working capital and service levels
Develop inventory strategies that balance cost efficiency with operational reliability
Monitor global inventory performance and proactively mitigate supply disruptions
Logistics & International Trade
Oversee international transportation strategy
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, international trade laws, and documentation requirements
Optimize routing, freight spend, and delivery performance across regions
Risk & Performance Management
Identify supply chain vulnerabilities and develop contingency plans
Establish KPIs and reporting dashboards to monitor service levels, cost performance, and partner accountability
Provide executive-level visibility into operational performance and improvement initiatives
Cross-Functional Alignment
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment
Deliver training and process clarity
Eliminate ambiguity in workflows and drive structured collaboration
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, Program Management or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
5-10+ years of progressive supply chain experience
Strong operational foundation with demonstrated ability to build scalable processes and infrastructure
Deep understanding of global logistics, manufacturing operations, and international trade compliance
Proven experience negotiating contracts and managing supplier performance
Experience implementing KPIs, dashboards, and structured reporting mechanisms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with structured, outcome-oriented approach
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management software
Ability and willingness to travel as required (domestic and international)
