Staffing Specialist | $65/hr Remote

Position: Human Resources & Staffing Expert Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $45–$65/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to job descriptions, compensation benchmarking, employee policies, and HR compliance. Create realistic scenarios based on HR workflows such as recruitment cycles, performance management, benefits administration, employee relations, and restructuring. Annotate, label, and validate data across HR use cases including offer letters, leave management, workforce analytics, and DEI initiatives. Provide structured feedback on AI accuracy in areas such as employment law, HR systems, and best practices. Collaborate with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for HR-focused AI systems. Requirements Strong professional experience in HR, staffing, or a related function. Experience in areas such as talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, HR operations, or workforce management. Familiarity with employment laws such as FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, and WARN Act. Knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate HR workflows into structured evaluation tasks. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
