This collaborative position requires an understanding of both instructional design principles and customer-centric approaches to enhance the overall learning experience for clients. Accountabilities • Lead the development of customized training plans for individual accounts. • Facilitate engaging virtual instructor-led training sessions and onsite training. • Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer goals and challenges. • Design and execute Train-the-Trainer programs for customer teams. • Collaborate with Customer Education Specialists to maintain training assets. • Analyze and improve existing content based on feedback and performance data. • Manage instructional design projects from conception to delivery. Requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design in a SaaS environment. • Proven facilitation skills in virtual and classroom settings. • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models. • Proficiency with eLearning and content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate). • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Willingness to travel up to 40% for onsite training.
