Accountabilities
Define and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to clearly communicate customer benefits
Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring alignment across teams
Translate product functionality into compelling narratives for marketing campaigns and sales conversations
Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution
Develop and maintain sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, battle cards, and messaging frameworks
Conduct customer research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform strategy and positioning
Identify customer personas, ideal customer profiles, and key buying drivers
Support product adoption and lifecycle marketing initiatives to improve activation, engagement, and retention
Analyze user journeys to identify friction points and recommend improvements for growth
Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring insights influence product and marketing decisions
Requirements
5+ years of experience in product marketing or similar roles within B2B SaaS environments
Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and product launches
Strong ability to craft clear, compelling messaging and translate complex products into customer value
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams
Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities
Data-driven approach with the ability to leverage analytics for decision-making
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and influence without direct authority
