The system must handle multi-step reasoning, interact with external tools, and remain reliable despite non-deterministic model behavior.RoleWe are hiring a Workplace Experience Manager to improve the day-to-day workplace experience across our offices.You will manage workplace programs, office environment quality, onboarding setup, employee workspace support, and workplace coordination across teams and offices.What You Will Be DoingImprove workplace experience across global officesManage workplace programs including meals, snacks, wellness support, and employee servicesCoordinate employee workspace setup and ergonomic supportPrepare workspaces and equipment for new joinersMaintain workplace quality, organisation, and office standardsCoordinate vendors, facilities teams, and office operations partnersSupport office events and internal workplace initiativesResolve day-to-day workplace issues and improve workplace processesWhat You Will Need4+ years of experience in workplace experience, hospitality, office operations, or related rolesStrong organisational skills and attention to detailGood judgment and problem-solving abilityStrong communication and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities independentlyComfortable working in fast-moving environmentsHigh standards for workplace quality and employee experienceExperience in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments is preferredHow We WorkThe best products today in the world were built by small, world class teams.
