Strategic Planning and Execution:●Lead the planning, implementation, and tracking of telemedicine projects.●Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor and track progress and ensure that projects align with the organization's strategic goals.●Manage cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated efforts in program development, execution, and evaluation.2. Team Leadership and Development:●Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team, encouraging open communication and idea sharing.●Conduct regular performance reviews, set professional development goals, and provide mentorship to team members.●Recruit and onboard new team members, ensuring they align with the organization's mission and values.3. Stakeholder Engagement:●Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external and internal stakeholders●Regularly communicate program progress and challenges to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaborative problem-solving.4. Budget and Resource Management:●Oversee the program budget, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of funds and resources.●Allocate resources appropriately to ensure project success.5. Monitoring and Evaluation:●Implement a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation system to track program progress against goals and objectives.●Analyze data to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement, ensuring the program's effectiveness and impact.●Prepare and present detailed reports on program outcomes and learnings to internal and external stakeholders.6.
