Regional Logistics Incharge (Secondary Logistics)

Position: Regional Logistics Head (Secondary Logistics) Location : Gwalior/ Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh Job Responsibilities : Regular auditing of warehouses for infrastructure requirements Ensures availability of vehicles on time and timely clearance of bills of vendors Prepare regular, and accurate status progress reports – MIS and traceability dashboards Support CFAs and transporters to ensure systems and reporting are in place for effective distribution of stock Regular co-ordination with sales and service teams for resolution of any red flags Regular interface with internal tools – Logistics Control Tower and Warehouse Management System for SLA adherence and monitoring purposes Undertakes regular assessment of CFAs and transporters in assigned region Provide inputs on quality of manpower recruited by CFAs Identification and first cut negotiation with right transporters and landlords Experience & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Sciences, Supply chain management, Commerce or related field Additional training in supply chain is an added advantage At least four (4) years’ work experience in a similar role. Previous field and driving /riding experience will be an added advantage
