Our client is a fast-growing D2C-Brand in the lifestyle sector, which has developed from a strong community into a profitable E-Commerce-Business. With over 1 million orders, its own festivals with thousands of visitors, and a strong brand, it is now entering the next phase of scaling - 9-figure revenue and expansion into the USA.
For exactly this exciting phase, we are looking for a Head of Marketing who will sustainably build and further scale the team.
Tasks
Building and structuring the entire marketing setup with a clear focus on scalable performance structures.
Development and management of a holistic marketing strategy across all relevant channels (Meta, TikTok, Google).
Building and leading a performance team (e.g., UGC, Creative Strategy, Design) and further developing existing structures.
You define clear KPIs, manage budgets across all channels, and develop a holistic Brandformance approach.
Development and implementation of internationalization strategies (DACH, USA) in close cooperation with E-Commerce, Brand, and external partners.
Requirements
Several years of experience in Performance- or Growth-Marketing in a growing D2C environment, ideally in Fashion or Streetwear.
Proven track record in scaling Paid-Channels with a focus on profitable growth.
Experience in building teams and structures in dynamic growth phases.
Strong understanding of Full-Funnel-Marketing and the integration of Brand and Performance.
Hands-on mentality combined with strategic thinking and a feel for target groups, trends, and culture.
