UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities Design and develop user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) solutions based on defined problem statements and business needs Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to visualize user flows and product features Ensure a balance between functional and visually appealing design while maintaining brand consistency Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experience Collaborate with developers, QA, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation Translate user needs into intuitive, user-centered design solutions Contribute to design system and component library development Improve existing features through redesign and enhancement initiatives Requirements Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX Design Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar Strong understanding of UX principles (usability, accessibility, information architecture, interaction design) Experienced in user research, wireframing, and prototyping Good understanding of design systems and component libraries Portfolio showcasing design process and implementation is required Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and mobile design guidelines is a plus Willing to work from office from Kuningan, South Jakarta (Monday–Friday)
