This position ensures HTD Sales processes are efficient, systems are maintained, and teams have the tools and insights they need to succeed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and collaborative, with a passion for operational excellence and cross-functional coordination. This role supports a fast-paced HTD Sales desk by managing data integrity, creating and updating standard operating procedures, assisting with communications, presentations, and reporting.Essential functions, responsibilities:Manage and maintain accurate HTD Sales data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Excel and Salesforce for the HTD Sales teamManage inbound lead queues and assign leads to the appropriate sales representativesValidate HTD Sales pipeline and CRM data by reviewing flagged items, identifying missing or inconsistent information, and coordinating follow-up with the appropriate stakeholders for correction or clarificationMonitor and improve internal HTD Sales processes to enhance team efficiencyLiaise with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Success, and FinanceProvide administrative coordination and document support for HTD Sales proposals, quote generation, and contract processing, including drafting proposals, compiling RFP responses, and retrieving prior contracts.Register for and maintain credentials in RFP and procurement portalsDistribute weekly HTD Sales win announcements to internal stakeholdersAssist in onboarding new HTD Sales hires with system setup and training coordinationMaintain and organize HTD Sales collateral, templates, and knowledge resourcesAssist in the creation and formatting of HTD Sales decks and presentation materialsSupport conference planning, outreach list preparation, and post-event follow-upsDocument and update standard operating procedures and internal HTD Sales workflowsMaintain and update existing tools, reference materials, system information, and product catalog resources based on established processesProvide user support and training on CRM tools and HTD Sales processesKey Skills and Experience:High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred, with 3+ years of customer service experience in a corporate or healthcare environment, including experience supporting premier or enterprise-level accounts preferred.Strong proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Excel/PowerPointHighly organized and self-directed, with the ability to coordinate tasks, manage competing priorities, and consistently meet deadlines based on established timelines.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaborationAbility to analyze data, surface insights, and support strategic HTD Sales decisionsExperience with Sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and KPI dashboardsComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesSelf-starter mindset with a focus on process improvement and operational supportWorking Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST), with flexibility as needed to support Sales activities and deadlines.Benefits:Personal and Sick Paid Time Off.401k with a highly competitive match.11 Paid HolidaysMedical/Dental and Vision.Group Life Insurance, HSA/FSAEmployee Assistance ProgramEducational Assistance ProgramInternal Mapping: This role aligns to the internal job profile of Specialist, Sales within the Revenue job family.Physical Requirements:• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak, hear, have close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
