Pixel Robotics builds autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) that automatically transport pallets in intralogistics – without infrastructure modifications, without months of WMS integration. The trick: an AI-Vision system made of ceiling cameras that creates a real-time Digital Twin of the entire hall. Robots, humans, and forklifts work safely alongside each other in this digital copy.
From a Munich startup to a series manufacturer: founded in 2020, awarded the Munich Startup Award – and now in series production with a growing customer base. Our partner company Logivations provides the brain for our robots with the software platform W2MO – together we are building a tech ecosystem for the logistics of the future.
Responsibilities
Your Role
You are independently responsible for our marketing – strategically and hands-on. You lead a small team of 2–3 people, further develop the marketing conceptually, and help implement it yourself.
Specifically:
Develop marketing – sharpen positioning, Buyer Personas, campaign logic, and annual planning for both brands
Lead team – guide, develop, and orchestrate a small team
Owned Channels – conceptually and editorially manage the homepage, newsletter, and Social Media
Content & Material – Product-One-Pagers, videos, Case Studies
Events – LogiMAT, congresses, Robotics-Lab Days on-site with us
Lead Generation – from the first contact at the trade fair to the qualified Sales appointment – including building the CRM and Funnel structures behind it
Brand – we want to trigger the reflex in the intralogistics scene: "Ah, the Munich guys with the ceiling cameras."
You will work for both brands – Pixel Robotics and Logivations. Two Buyer Personas, one Marketing-Stack, double the learning leverage.
Qualifications
What you should bring
2–6 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally Tech/SaaS/Industry (intralogistics or robotics is a bonus, not a must)
Initial leadership experience or a clear desire to take responsibility for a small team
You are AI-native. Claude Design is not a foreign word to you, but your mockup tool – you use it to build landing pages, slides, and campaign prototypes in an afternoon instead of a week
A feel for B2B content that doesn't sound like a mandatory LinkedIn exercise
Truly hands-on: you write yourself, design yourself, think the Funnel through to the end
Native-level German, fluent English
Regular presence in Munich (demo room, customer demos, trade fairs)
