Job Description
We are looking for a Training & Adoption Engineer to play a critical role in how new technology is introduced, adopted, and successfully used across our global end-user environment.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, user experience, and change enablement. You will ensure employees understand and confidently use new software, hardware, and endpoint technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training for end-user software, hardware, and platforms
- Translate technical solutions into clear end-user guidance
- Partner with engineering teams during launches and rollouts
- Build scalable training assets and documentation
- Measure adoption and improve enablement strategies
Qualifications
Required:
- Experience in technical training or adoption roles
- Understanding of Windows and/or macOS environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with OCM
- EUX or IT operations background
