In this role, you’ll manage inbound enquiries, provide preliminary lending guidance, collect and review application documents, and ensure applications are complete before escalation to the local lending team. You’ll work closely with brokers and internal stakeholders to keep applications progressing efficiently while maintaining accurate CRM records and managing turnaround times.
