Financial Controller

The Role • Oversee the economic steering of psychosomatic clinic locations in close collaboration with clinic management. • Support economic planning and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. • Conduct profitability analyses, calculations, and presentations, preparing KPIs and data reports. • Analyze cost and revenue developments and assist in preparing budget negotiations. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Economics, or a related field. • Previous experience in controlling, preferably within the hospital or healthcare sector. • Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel. • Structured and analytical approach to work. • Team player with an openness to new ideas and development.
