Key ResponsibilitiesSupport month-end close process while meeting close deadlines. Responsibilities include but not limited to preparing month-end journal entries with supporting schedulesPrepare monthly / quarterly balance sheet account reconciliations Responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including billing and collections, vendor management and payments, review and payment of employee expense reportsMonitor daily bank activity and record transactions in GL systemMonitor and approve corporate credit card transactions through Bill.comPrepare monthly state sales tax reports and remittance of sales taxPinpoint and execute strategies to enhance procedural efficiencyPerform other responsibilities as assignedDesired Skills and ExperienceDegree in Accounting or Finance2-3 years of progressive accounting experienceKnowledge of US GAAPProficiency in G-Suite for Business, Microsoft Word and ExcelExperience in QuickBooks, Sage Intacct and Bill.com a plusStrong attention to detail, accuracy, interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated proficiency in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously within tight timeframesAdept at utilizing Agentic AI applicationsAdhere to highest ethical standards and integrityAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
