Plus, you'll play an active role in our community of thousands of tutors, shaping the future of Flalingo!What We're Looking ForYou should have high-speed internet, a modern computer, and a cozy workspace at home.You should have at least two years of experience teaching English to kids between the ages of 4 and 12.You should use play-based and interactive teaching methods in your lessons.You should be experienced in giving live online lessons and focused on improving speaking skills.If you've been involved in speaking clubs before, we assure you that our Tutor Community Manager will put a star on your resume!You should be tech-savvy and comfortable with online teaching tools.You should have excellent English communication skills.QualificationsDegree in English Language Teaching, English Language and Literature, Translation & Interpretation, or related fieldsPreferably holds a teaching certificate (pedagogical formation)Commitment: Minimum of 30 hours per week.Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English to childrenFamiliarity with play-based teaching techniquesPatient, creative, energetic, and strong in child communicationAble to use technology effectively in lessonsProficient in using online teaching platformsPreferred QualificationsHolds international teaching certifications such as CELTA, TEFL or TESOLExperience in preschool or primary school settingsAdvanced level of English proficiencyRemember, at Flalingo, we believe in the motto "Do Good."
